It is an enclosed area, guarded by 24-hour security and video surveillance - it is a restricted area - perfect for leaving your sailboat for a long period of time out of the water (no power or water).
It is a work area where you can perform repairs on your own sailboat free of charge with your own work crew or experienced personnel, with the opportunity to sleep on board free of charge or in one of our rooms - there is 110v/220v electricity and potable water
